Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time:

We know you want your parts fast so we dispatch all in stock orders within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Toll
  • TNT
  • Australia Post
  • Allied

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE shipping on all our online shop retail Australian orders.  Products that are specially ordered directly from Five Star Spas that are not listed on our website are subject to shipping costs.  These costs will be determined by the selected carrier based on delivery from one of our centres to your desired delivery location.  You will be made aware of the cost of shipping at the time of your order before dispatch.

“In limited circumstances, a dangerous goods surcharge may apply. If so, a customer service representative will notify you of the surcharge amount prior to collecting payment. The surcharge typically ranges from $20-$50. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge amount, you will be given the option to cancel your order.”

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will notify you and we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

International Orders

We ship to many countries around the world. We must provide a manual shipping quote to customers outside of Australia. Please contact us for full details. Note that international orders can only be paid via PayPal or wire transfer or by credit card over the phone.
